Bionics and Nanotechnology for HSC
I know that these are topics that come up each year for the HSC students. Sometimes you get a keen student that wants more than just what the excel guides can give them.Nova Science in the News have just posted this new topic.
"The Australian Academy of Science’s new Nova: Science in the news topic, ‘Rebuilding humans using bionics’.
Scientists are striving to develop better controlled, lighter, smaller, more life-like and affordable bionic options. Some of the body parts being developed include bionic limbs that move via electrical signals from the body’s muscles, bionic eyes, brain implants and bionic spines."
Nova Science in the News is a great place to locate serious research at the interested laypersons level on topics bundled into the following areas of research. Biology, environment, health, mathematics, physical sciences and technology.
