After sending this out we've discovered a couple of minor problems:
1. It only allows one person to use that passcode from the one email address. I've unticked the 'Restrict passcode to singe use' option in the sharing form, so it should work for everyone now. If not, please let me know. Ordinarily we'd be sharing this with student's individual email addresses so it shouldn't be a problem.
2. The contents of the folder are arranged under 'Articles' and 'other content sources'. When I share
the folder it only seems to share 'Articles'. This new code should allow you to view other content sources. I'll see if I can find out if there is a way around this and get back to you. Try it now and see if it works. Please let me know of any problems you might have with it so we can iron them out early. Any ideas of how to market this to students would be great as well.

I can only see one as well and Debbie at Caringbah got the same.
