NSW Seniors Card Applications

I found out today that there are new arrangements for applying for NSW Seniors Cards.

There are now only two ways to apply; online or by phone. Forms are no longer being printed and JP certification is no longer necessary. With a valid green Medicare card, residents can apply through Service NSW online or by phone on 13 77 88. Applicants should ensure they have their Medicare card on hand when calling.

Service NSW advised that the cards should come through quicker, taking only take 14 days to arrive instead of up to three weeks.
